I was in the same situation as you are about a few years ago. I didn’t have a clue about WordPress. However, now I developed five websites on my own including this website. Let me share my experience and what I did to get the solutions to my WordPress questions.

WordPress customer service phone number

When I first started my blogging journey, I was learning how to create a website on WordPress. I have had millions of questions about WordPress.

Since I wasn’t able to do everything myself, I tried looking for WordPress customer service phone number everywhere on the internet.

If you are like me, you would have tried different keywords such as wordpress.org support, wordpress support services, free wordpress help, wordpress chat, 24×7 wordpress support and so many others on Google trying look for a reliable WordPress support.

Get website building help from our Happiness Engineers or view support documentation to get answers. Contact WordPress.com by phone: 1-877-273-3049.

I just couldn’t find it after literally wasting so much of my precious time.

Please don’t get discouraged when I say this – sinceWordPress is a free open-source content management system (CMS), there is no dedicated free WordPress live chat support.

There are still a few ways you can get a free support that I find useful. Let me explain what are those in a moment.

Why would you have to have a blog?

In one sentence, your blog could very well be a ticket to your financial freedom. When I first started blogging, I didn’t believe this statement either.

But until I read the stories of successful bloggers like these:

In my initial days of blogging, I was and still am a regular visitor of Suzi Whitford’s Start a Mom Blog through which she earns around $30K to $40K per month based on her income report of August 2017.

She also wrote a book called Blog by Number which is an awesome inspirational book. Disclaimer: I am not an affiliate of this book. I recommend this only because I enjoyed learning from her.

The next awesome blogger inspired me is Lena Gott. She owns a blog called What Mommy Does. In March 2016, she was earning around $6,000+/month. She doesn’t publish her income reports.

So, I don’t know how much she is earning now. With her amazing writing skills, I am sure she must be earning much more now.

Abby Lawson is both unique and talented. She has been running a blog called Just a Girl and Her Blog which brings her $40,000+/month as of December 2016. She no longer publishes her income reports either.

I grow up as a blogger reading her blogs and learning the skills she teaches to her blog readers.

I suppose the above living examples are enough to push you to start living your dream-life through blogging.

Just to be clear on my part, all the above successful bloggers didn’t become successful overnight.

You should be ready to put in the time and a bit of money required to become successful in your blogging niche.

Various WordPress support services:

As they mentioned in this blog post on Problogger by Jerry, since I spent way too much time on WordPress website creation, I literally didn’t have any time for my business promotion. It took a big toll on my website traffic.

Wordpress Customer Service

Let me tell you, how much traffic I was getting for the first two months? One. That is me. I just visited my site just to design my website.

If you are like me, the obvious and best option would be to just outsource all your WordPress support to a good WordPress support companies like Sprout-Flowers.

Let me make a confession here, I didn’t name Sprout-Flowers just because they let me write on their website. I recommend Sprout-Flowers solely because they are an excellent 24×7 WordPress support company and I personally experienced it.

Why do I recommend Sprout-Flowers?

Before anything, I just want to make it clear that if you have a lot of time and just have a question on WordPress, you can go for a free WordPress support options which I am going to discuss in a bit.

With that cleared out, let me share why I recommend Sprout Flowers without bragging too much about it.

As far as I have known, they are the only company which does on-page SEO, schema markups, web page speed improvement, daily website backup, site security, WordPress live chat in addition to unlimited WordPress support and bug fixes for just $69/month.

If you are a blogger like me, you would understand how much time and headache it would save for us.

Alright, I don’t want to sound like bragging about Sprout Flowers. As I promised, I shared my experience with Sprout Flowers as a fellow blogger like you.

Let me tell you how to get free WordPress support. I just want to give you a heads up on this. There is no such thing called free wordpress help desk or wordpress live chat or wordpress customer service phone number for free.

Wordpress help chat

That being said, however, you can still get significant free wordpress help through these methods.

Free WordPress help desk by WordPress hosting services:

Please remember this method will only work if you have a reputed wordpress hosting service like Bluehost. I don’t think you can expect this kind of support from another hosting provider.

About a few months ago, I spent so much time creating this beautiful website for my business. After everything is done, I just want to publish the website which means I want to replace the coming soon page with my actual website.

I went to the Settings on WordPress and selected the disable Coming soon page button. To my surprise, it didn’t seem to work. I just tried all the possible ways I know to get rid of the Coming soon page. I just couldn’t do it.

When I was browsing through for help, there is this Bluehost support phone number popped up on screen.

At first, I was a little hesitant as it has had nothing to do with Bluehost which is my hosting provider. Since I was desperate to get rid of that Coming soon page, I pushed through and gave it a try.

Long story short, they helped me with removing the Coming soon page and publish my WordPress website on which I worked for a long time.

So, having a reputed WordPress hosting provider does help. Also, they are very much affordable too.

Free WordPress help from wordpress.org support forum:

Official WordPress website is inundated with questions and volunteers on any topics related to WordPress. This is an only official free WordPress help forum. Say, you want to know how to duplicate a WordPress page, you can refer this thread exclusively for WordPress duplicate page.

This also has dedicated pages for WordPress plugin support like this:

If you are looking for improving traffic to your website, you might want to answer a few questions and drop links to your blog page for detailed information on it.

I answered a couple of wordpress related questions two months ago, I have been getting a steady traffic from WordPress to date. As a bonus benefit, this traffic is highly targeted one specific to wordpress. So, the engagement rate in my website is pretty high.

As you can see from the above page, there has been a steady traffic from WordPress with the average of 1.23 minutes reading time which is high when considering the amount of time, I spent to build this traffic source.

WordPress live chat through active Facebook groups on WordPress:

This is a real goldmine that I recently found. Facebook reported that nearly a whopping billion users are active anytime on Facebook. This is too high to ignore.

You can find a number of groups literally on any topics on Facebook. But the group should be an active one if you want to have a live WordPress help.

If you ask a question in an inactive group, you can literally hear a cricket sound for years.

However, on the other hand, if you ask a question on an active wordpress group, you would get a response probably in a few seconds to few minutes.

Here is a Facebook group on WordPress and WooCommerce help and support group that owned by Sprout Flowers. Look at the number of members joined in the last 30 days.

With that being said, here is a word of caution. I did a whole bunch of continuous promotion to have such a whopping result in WordPress niche.

Because in worpress niche the average number of people joining any group in 30 days would be about 110.

I promoted my WordPress help and support group on other groups, our company official page and I embedded our join wordpress support group banner on our website too.

Long story short, if you want to have a wordpress live chat support, post your questions on any active wordpress group. After volunteers answered your questions, contact them in person through Facebook message option.
