- Hi guys, I've been using Omnifocus for a couple months now and I love, but my team at work is trying to push Asana as a team solution. As far as I can tell, there's no kind of synchronization between the two, and asana is missing some really important features, like the system-wide new task shortcut and the inbox for collecting tasks to filter through later.
- Microsoft Planner is a planning application available on the Microsoft Office 365 platform. The application is available to premium, business, and educational subscribers to Office 365.
- Tasks assigned to you are copied from Asana into OmniFocus, and will be set to matching project names in OmniFocus if they exist. All Asana tasks will be added to a context named 'Asana', and should stay in that context. Changes to the name, completed status, due date, or notes will be synced whether the change is made on Asana or OmniFocus. If the task is no longer assigned to you in Asana it will stop.

Microsoft Planner is a planning application available on the Microsoft Office 365 platform. The application is available to premium, business, and educational subscribers to Office 365.[1] Microsoft Planner is a team-work oriented tool that can be used in a variety of ways. Some of Planner's uses include team management, file sharing, and organization.[2] On June 6, 2016 Microsoft made the application available for general release and rolled it out over the first few weeks to eligible subscription plans.[3] Microsoft Planner is available through the App store and the Google Play store, as well as on a computer.[4] To start accessing Microsoft planner, someone must first create an Office 365 account. [4]
Mac for remote desktop. Planner enables users and teams to create plans, assemble and assign tasks, share files, communicate and collaborate with other users, and receive progress updates via various means on the Office 365 platform. Microsoft planner is linked with Office 365 Group, meaning that it is possible for users to collaborate through the platforms.[5] Each new plan created in Planner automatically creates a new Office 365 group.[6]

Asana Omnifocus Sync
Ease of viewing your projects at a high-level. Ease of viewing what tasks need to be done at the present moment and the sorting of those tasks by availability, due date, start date, needed resources, and project. The visual interface is really nice to work with, the UX/UI is intelligent and intuitive.
